At Advanced Integrative Medicine, our focus is simple: provide patients with thoughtful, non-surgical options for managing pain and supporting healing through regenerative medicine. Every treatment plan begins with careful evaluation, clinical insight, and an individualized approach centered on Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy.
We believe regenerative medicine should be grounded in medical judgment—not trends—and tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
Dr. Jaimal Sangha is a Merced native with over a decade of experience evaluating and managing musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions. His clinical background, combined with a strong foundation in biological sciences, allows him to approach regenerative medicine with a clear understanding of anatomy, function, and healing.
Dr. Sangha earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Sacramento State University and completed his doctoral training at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California. He has also completed postgraduate training in industrial disability evaluation and applied kinesiology, providing him with advanced insight into injury assessment, movement dysfunction, and pain mechanisms.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sangha has treated a wide range of conditions involving the spine, joints, and soft tissues, including chronic pain, sports injuries, and auto-related injuries. His approach emphasizes understanding the root cause of pain rather than simply addressing symptoms.

Regenerative medicine at Advanced Integrative Medicine is centered around Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy. PRP is a biologic treatment that uses concentrated platelets derived from a patient’s own blood to support the body’s natural healing processes.
Dr. Sangha incorporates PRP therapy as part of a broader, medically guided approach to care. Treatment decisions are made only after thorough evaluation and consideration of each patient’s condition, goals, and overall health.

Our goal is not to replace necessary medical or surgical care, but to offer regenerative options that may help reduce pain, improve function, and support recovery when appropriate.
